The Operation Support Coordinator will be responsible for the tracking and delivery of critical tasks at the divisional level. These include planning and executing user acceptance testing (UAT), project resource allocation and process improvements. The role will serve as a resource to support the Internal Operations management team, ensuring that key deliverables are met. In addition, the role will be the divisional representative on the retro claims adjustment team (RCAT). The role will interact with internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Coordinator should demonstrate a fundamental level of knowledge in reporting, problem solving, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or two (2) years of equivalent experience required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service required.
  • A minimum of one (1) years' experience working with test plans and conducting system testing is preferred.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience with Lean methodology is preferred.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently required
  • Demonstrated ability to positively affect change within an organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with management and internal and external customers
  • Ability to follow direction and implement procedures that generate efficiencies
  • Ability to understand analyze operational data
  • Excellent organizational skills with an efficient and detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office including MS Excel is required

Annual salary range: $61,000.00 - $72,000.00

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
