The Digital Innovation Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Innovation Specialist to join our corporate team. This role is responsible for leading digital innovation initiatives to enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate processes, the ability to translate business needs into effective digital solutions, and extensive experience with Microsoft 365, along with a broad knowledge of various other technologies.

Responsibilities



  • Lead Digital Innovation - Drive the digital innovation strategy and initiatives to modernize and optimize corporate operations.
  • Understand Business Needs - Collaborate with department heads, managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
  • Develop Digital Solutions - Design and implement digital solutions using a variety of technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, to address business needs and improve efficiency.
  • Process Optimization - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, leveraging digital technologies.
  • Technology Integration - Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance business operations and drive innovation.
  • Training and Support - Provide training and support to corporate personnel on new digital tools and technologies, particularly within the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Documentation - Maintain comprehensive documentation of developed solutions, including user guides and technical specifications.
  • Stay Updated - Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in digital innovation, corporate processes, and various technologies.


Qualifications



  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital innovation projects, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills - Proficiency in a wide range of digital technologies, with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, etc.), and a good understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, automation tools, AI, and data analytics.
  • Certifications - Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) and other digital technologies.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail - High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other corporate software solutions.
  • Knowledge of lean management principles and practices.
  • Additional certifications in relevant technologies or platforms.
