Lead
the operations for Flexan Chicago manufacturing facility, including profit and loss responsibility. Additionally, this role has responsibility for the EHS, maintenance/facilities, and customer service functions of the site. This role shares direct responsibility for the overall success of the business, including the impact on overall corporate goals and objectives.
Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. • Bachelor's Degree required, in a technical field preferred
  
  
  
  
  
• 10+ years of management/manufacturing experience and strong financial acumen
  
  
  
  
  

• Proven management capabilities: prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (experience with LEAN manufacturing practices desired); able to be firm and hold people accountable; excellent clear communication skills; able to motivate supervisors
