JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing at Penn State University is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to serve as a Clinical Research Coordinator for a cutting-edge project funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). This project, "Center for Immersive Learning and Digital Innovation: A Patient Safety Learning Lab," aims to advance patient safety through design, systems engineering, and health services research. The Research Coordinator will support the Center for Immersive Learning and Digital Innovation (CILDI) by managing and coordinating multidisciplinary research projects focused on improving patient safety and healthcare outcomes. This role involves overseeing project timelines, data collection, and analysis while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The Research Coordinator will also facilitate collaboration among researchers, clinicians, engineers, and other stakeholders to advance innovative, technology-based interventions that reduce healthcare-associated infections, including CLABSIs and VAPs.
