Undergraduate Intern Summer 2025 -Merchandising

We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

This is an 8-week program from June 10th through August 13th.

Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Westchester Office.

Manage internal merchandise request system, which includes receiving and fulfilling orders and daily inventory of stock.
• Manage on site merchandise storage areas, ensuring they are organized and properly inventoried.
• Serve as a US Open uniform ambassador. This includes receiving uniform orders, logging them into the system and fulfilling orders and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
• Manage the US Open hospitality program. This includes logging and organizing requests into system, create invoices and ensure all orders are packed and marked with correct delivery instructions.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, particularly a strong background in Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Be able to conduct daily inventory of all merchandise.
