Foxhole Technology is seeking an experienced Lead Network Engineer to lead a team of information assurance professionals and support a critical Government program.

Lead and Mentor Network Team
• Design and implement network infrastructure solutions, ensuring security and compliance with relevant standards.
• Manage network performance and availability to maintain optimal operations.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Support network-related incident response and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
• Oversee multiple network enclaves to ensure seamless user access to program services.
• Manage network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other critical devices across NIPRNet and SIPRNet connected enclaves.
• Ensure encryption certificate compliance, proactively requesting and installing new certificates 60 days prior to expiration to prevent service disruptions.
• Configure, monitor, patch, and troubleshoot network devices to optimize performance and security.
• Support the efficient decommissioning of network services when no longer required

• Minimum Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 8+years of experience in information security, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with Government and cross-functional teams.

Regular attendance, maintain work schedule, attend meetings, meet deadlines, keyboard/type, handle confidential information, use math/calculations, stay organized, operate office equipment, may direct others. Must be able to see, have eye/hand coordination, and lift up to 10 lbs. May be exposed to dust/dirt, humidity, and noise.
