DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position will act as the primary point of contact with the wholesale customer for inventory planning, promotion planning, and to ensure the customer follows the agency's requirements for planning. in this role you will be responsible to develop processes and procedures related to the marketing and sales of product to major off-premises licensed retailers, as well as large on-premise accounts such as restaurant chains, casinos, hotels, resort, sporting venues and airports, manage the operational relations between multiple departments within the PLCB in order to fulfill the wholesale customer's needs, and develops techniques to enhance the wholesale business. - Full-time employment; 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Work hours may be negotiable.
- Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to four days a week, with one day per week in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Product Analyst 2; or
- Three years of analytical experience in marketing, finance, or business operations in the consumer packaged goods industry, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
