As part of the Ancillary Growth and Strategy team, the Ancillary Experience Strategist works in conjunction with MillerKnoll sellers and designers across channels plus brand Product, Marketing and Sales teams to increase the frequency of MillerKnoll Ancillary product specifications. The Ancillary Experience Strategist is an expert regarding ancillary products and tools available to reduce the complexities for sellers, designers and internal partners. They will also develop ideas for and create tools and learning content to support activation of MillerKnoll Ancillary products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Act as a subject matter expert for the MillerKnoll Ancillary product portfolio and provide insight, ideas, training and information to both internal and external business partners. Inspire and create preference for MillerKnoll Ancillary products through tools and in-person and virtual learning experiences. Present MillerKnoll Ancillary portfolio and tools at learning events and client visits. Assist with the navigation of physical product experiences. Create compelling cross-brand MillerKnoll Ancillary marketing and sales tools and that support strategic selling opportunities across channels and audiences. Work with brand product and marketing partners managers to ensure proper product and brand representation. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, Sales or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years experience in a creative problem-solving role. Understanding of commercial interior design, furniture applications, and space planning. Contract furniture experience preferred. Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with holistic business acumen. Understanding of business functions and their roles in bringing new ventures and products to market. Skills and Abilities Strong sense of customer and sales process. Graphic design skills required with proficiency with creative software applications (InDesign, Adobe) and PowerPoint. Broad knowledge of MillerKnoll Ancillary brands and products. Ability to change priorities quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong project management and analytical skills. Strategic thinking with strong business acumen. Experience working in cross-functional team environment. Willingness to take risks, innovate and challenge mediocrity.
