Description

  • Assist in monitoring integration requirements, ensure proper material quantities are acquired in order to meet forecasted deployment schedule

  • Identify, ship and track all equipment and material requirements

    - Responsible for transitioning equipment from integration area to shipping location (utilizing pallet jack and/or forklikt when required)

    - Confirm order fulfillment and complete quality assurance audit

    - Prep and secure items for transport (i.e. box, palletize, strap and wrap)

    - Update inventory records

    - Creating shipment requests in CMPRO or FedEx

    - Communicate tracking information and confirm delivery to end location

  • Trouble-shoot any transportation issues with government logistics (delayed pickup/delivery, lost freight, delivery shortages, etc.)

  • Assist in monitoring and receiving incoming contract material, uploading items into multiple inventory tracking systems and transporting to storage locations

  • Ensure inventory accuracy by updating receiving and shipping information for all new and returned equipment in both CMPRO and customer-provided database

  • Accountable for providing total life cycle management support in additional areas including, but not limited to: material acquisition, data calls, shipping and inventory reports, reverse TCN's, DD149 signatures, inventory audits, database and configuration management, etc.
