What You'll Do

• Join a community of marketing enthusiasts in a hybrid working environment
• Gain insight into how a large, global marketing organization functions
• Collaborating cross-functionally across different marketing areas on a wide variety of projects and using data to refine and improve processes and outcomes for customers and other partners
• Stretch your personal development through networking events, volunteering, and social activities
• Improve your communication skills by building collateral, reports, and other marketing materials, as well as presenting to stakeholders on different levels
• Grow within your role: assignment based on your educational background, skills, aspirations, and interests
• Expand your marketing knowledge through a wide-variety of development opportunities including, but not limited to special marketing projects, personalized development plans, and a dedicated learning path.

All of this is a part of our First-Year program for new hires, Amplify Accelerated Marketing Program.

Who You Are

You are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills, and your ability to collaborate and influence makes you a great teammate. Meticulous and resourceful, you can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You approach challenges with creativity and problem-solving skills, learning from both success and failure. You are adaptable, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about marketing, always looking for opportunities to expand your knowledge and make an impact. If you are multilingual, that's a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

• Including but not limited to a graduate/upcoming graduate of a certification program from a Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College or 4-Year University.
• Open to 0-3 years of relevant experience or recent graduate or those in the final year of a bachelor's in marketing, business/international business, a related program, or holders of equivalent academic certifications.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing -volunteering, internship, coursework, or other relevant experiences
• Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship
