We are seeking a technician to manage a complex mouse colony with several genetic crosses, including breeding and genotyping. The technician will also carry out mouse surgery experiments to study tendon healing and analyses related to outcomes, including immunofluorescence, western blotting, gene expression, and biomechanics assays. The technician will also work with graduate students to train them in crucial techniques in the lab and maintain updated LATCH and other administrative responsibilities. Functional Knowlege:
