About You You are a self-starter with a proactive approach, always eager to optimize processes and take initiative. Your organizational skills are second to none, allowing you to manage multiple projects while maintaining a keen eye for detail. You possess a strong systems fluency, adept at navigating and integrating multiple recruiting and HR systems seamlessly. With a passion for refining recruitment workflows, you thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by the opportunity to drive efficiencies across the board. About This Role: As the Global Recruiting Program Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing recruitment tools and processes (e.g., Greenhouse, Modernloop, CrosschqHR, AI), addressing gaps in system governance and process consistency. Working closely with the recruiting team, you'll streamline workflows, ensure legal compliance, and centralize data collection and analysis. By providing actionable insights on staffing, turnover, and headcount planning, you'll enable leadership to make informed, strategic decisions. This role supports recruiting leadership by enhancing efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning, allowing them to focus on high-impact priorities. About Your Skills:
