The Centers for Learning and Advising and Student Success (CLASS) is a centrally coordinated student academic support center and provides advising, tutoring, success coaching and a wide range of academic support services to all UMass Lowell students which include managing two testing centers on North and South Campus. The Centers for Learning is actively engaged in university-wide student success initiatives and partners with academic colleges, student affairs and other units on campus to support the retention, persistence, and graduation of all our students. The Coordinator of Academic Support Services is part of the Centers for Learning Academic Support Services team. There are 3 areas of responsibility for this position: 1.) Assisting with coordination for the south campus testing center 2.) Engage in pro-active outreach to undergraduate students to support their overall success; 3.) Collaborate as a member of the CLASS Academic Services team in the delivery of academic support and programming. Coordinate South Campus Testing Center
