MURR is seeking a results-driven Human Resources Specialist with strong problem-solving and relationship management skills. This position will support MURR's strategic initiatives, including our primary mission of fostering a culture of exceptional talent. This role will work closely with employees, leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure MURR has the talent infrastructure to continue growing and meeting the ever-expanding obligations of our customers and research partners. This position will report to the Senior Director of Central Services. Key Responsibilities

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated competence in customer service, critical thinking, communication, relationship management, organization, confidentiality, integrity, and a commitment to promoting a positive workforce. Previous experience with recruitment processes. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification. Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year Community Information
