TITLE: Lab Quality Assistant B

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible to help test the physical properties of our recycled plastic resin at our Hazleton PA plant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic Computer skills
• Pays close attention to details.
• Willingness to learn and can be flexible -- EFS will train
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be a team player
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
• Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
  
  
  • Experience in an office administrative role
  • Quality control in a lab setting
  • Understanding in the plastics industry
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  
  
  
  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect incoming and outgoing material to ensure quality
• Test ongoing production samples as per testing procedures
• Enter all testing results into spreadsheets and databases
• Work closely with Management, Sales and customers in testing and developing new products
• Perform administrative assignments for Operations

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Plant environment
• 40 hours / flexible schedule per week
• Casual / work clothing
