The
UGA Search Group has been operational since October 2006. The Group is a full-featured internal executive search unit, which means that we have a comprehensive understanding of the institution's culture and priorities as well an added level of ownership to successfully place the best candidates. The Group actively recruits top talent, and is also responsible for the administration of the search for the internal client by managing the planning and execution of all search related meetings. These activities include designing the search timeline, developing on campus schedules, and communicating with the University community regarding on campus interview activity. Our mission is to serve the University of Georgia as the premier higher education search group delivering stronger candidate pools and a more seamless process than any other executive search firm in the world. Position Summary |
The Executive Process Consultant will provide organization and coordination in support of the executive search process. The position will maintain contact with senior level administrative leaders, senior staff, hiring authorities, search committee members, faculty, staff and students in the support of search events. By maintaining a sound strategic search process strategy, and utilizing your project management skills in the delivery of on-time communication, research, marketing, event production and document management in the executive search process for the Institution, the Executive Process Consultant will assist the office in filling key-contributor leadership positions. These top talent hires will have a major impact on the University.
The Executive Process Consultant serves as a part of the Process Management team and is responsible for producing an effective and respectable search process through foundational organization, support and project management of the executive search process. The Executive Process Consultant will work on multiple searches at any given time and demonstrate independent initiative and resourcefulness in conducting research for prospective candidates, securing campus spaces for search meetings, communicating with key internal and external constituents, and focusing on the details that are the hallmark of the
UGA Search Group.

Manage multiple email accounts; Initiate and respond to both individuals and mass groups on a regular basis regarding search events and questions.
Maintain relationships with the hiring authority, search chair, and search committee members to communicate timely search information with regard to meetings and locations, candidate information, interview scheduling, and other relevant materials.
Create marketing materials for prospective candidates such as opportunity profiles, search committee documents, campus meeting attendee documents, and more. |
