Small Tool and Equipment Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents, and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value - Safety first, in everything we do.
  • Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
  • Monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
  • Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure we are efficiently managing small tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain inventory of used construction materials throughout the site.
  • Perform a small tool inventory on job sites on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain small tool and equipment log.
  • Assist in loading/unloading deliveries to construction yard.
  • Solicit three prices for all tool purchases.
  • Purchase smalls tools for Walk Bridge Project.
  • Solicit three prices for all tool repairs.
  • Coordinate repairs for small tools and equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of small tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Experience or willingness to learn in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of roadway construction.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • OSHA 10 Certified
