POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Shields Point, LLC has a dynamic opportunity for a Contract Supervisory Manager (CSM) in support of Security Guard services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) at the Bonneville Dam at the Lower Columbia River (LCR). The CSM has responsibility for the daily performance of each work site, including Bonneville, John Day, and Dallas Dams. The CSM has full authority to act on all contract matters and will lead the project management team to ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance. This role requires a leader with demonstrated experience in security, project and quality control management, and team building, and is adept at interacting with government personnel and ensuring compliance with various regulations and standards.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.

Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Acts with full authority on all contract matters
  • On-site during the Government's regular working hours
  • Experience with scheduling staff and ensuring all required requirements are accomplished
  • Experience with tracking employees' status of licenses, training, and certifications
  • Available to meet with Government representatives when required
  • Ensures performance objectives and standards are met according to the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Provides technical and managerial direction for personnel working under the contract
  • Organizes, directs, and manages operational support functions involving complex project tasks
  • Demonstrates the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Can communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written format
  • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and provide deliverable items
  • Must be willing to travel to additional local work sites
  • Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least three years of experience managing an Armed Security workforce at several site locations
  • At least three years of experience in enforcing Quality Control programs
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess and maintain a Secret Security clearance
  • Possess a high school degree
  • Experience in labor relations, logistics, communications, and weapons armory operations
  • Must fluently speak, read, and comprehend English
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Must be able to learn new computer programs and applications


Expected Pay Range =$93,661 to $117,140 per year
