The Alliance School is seeking an Assistant Principal as the instructional leader for the 9-12 learning environment. Alliance School is charter high school with an enrollment of 140 students. Created specifically to be a safe place for students regardless of sexuality, identity, appearance, ability, or belief, the Assistant Principal of Alliance should be open to working with individuals of all backgrounds and abilities. The leader must be able to communicate that academic excellence and the pursuit of higher education are expectations for all students at Alliance. The candidate to lead as Asstistant Principal must have high school leadership experience, restorative practices training, knowledge and experience with district tools including Infinite Campus, Business Plus and Data Dashboard as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all school stakeholders.
