Description We are seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, internal customers, and sales team. Responsibilities: - Learn and utilize internal order-entry tools to complete quotes and/or orders. - Learn and utilize external quote tools to complete quotes and/or orders. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate information about Western's quality products and services to customers. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department and/or manager.
