Analyze process from concentrate through filtration using refractometer, spectrophotometer, turbidimeter, titrator, colorimeter and vitamin C titrator using specifications to ensure raw product integrity. Monitor finished product quality using before mentioned instruments. Maintain accurate, detailed and complete documentation to ensure finished product integrity. Maintain communication with operators and supervisors. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Six months to one year position related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to communicate in English LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, statistical correspondence and memos Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of Tree Top Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to comprehend statistical data, perform laboratory analysis and comprehend laboratory specifications, methods and procedures MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs, line charts, etc. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Taste the Difference Flavor Evaluation Training TECHNILOGICAL REQUIREMENTS: Good Manufacturing Practices Thermal Process HAZCOM/HAZCAT training Emergency Evacuation Training Statistical Process Control MSDS OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Meticulous and has ability to obtain accurate results Dependable, ability to perform other tasks as needed Self motivated, teamwork oriented Problem solving ability and high sense of urgency NOTICE: The above job profile does not include all essential and nonessential duties of this job..
