Now Hiring a Security Field Test Specialist

Pay Rate: $30.53/Hour

The Ideal Candidate would have:

5+ years of security experience.
• Washington State Driver's License held for over one year - with a clean driving record as per AUS standards.
• Security Guard License.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor activities such as biking, running, or hiking
• Work outside in the Elements.
• Basic technical proficiency in iOS, macOS, PC operating systems.
• Associates degree or higher in criminal justice or business management.
• 2+ years of military/law enforcement/corrections experience.

Allied Universal is seeking a physically fit and detail-oriented Security Field Test Specialist to support field testing operations in a professional and confidential environment. The role involves coordinating logistics, ensuring safety and security, and facilitating testing activities while upholding the highest standards of customer service and integrity. This position will require open availability, that may include early mornings, or late nights. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy combining physical activity with technical and logistical responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree or higher in criminal justice or business management * OR
• Minimum 2 years of either military, law enforcement or corrections experience * OR
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security and 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Technical proficiency in iOS, macOS, PC operating systems
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor activities such as biking, running, or hiking
