Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

Description

The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist will process loan transactions and perform system maintenance for commercial loans. Will assist the team and work the commercial servicing queue to ensure daily service level agreements are maintained. Duties include but are not limited to, posting and performing loan advances, producing payoff letters, completing escrow disbursements, creating and monitoring several reports, ensuring payments are posted accurately, and working closely with commercial loan officers to ensure exceptional service is delivered to customers.

Position Requirements:



  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Good PC skills including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing
  • Must be adaptable and have ability to adjust priorities to changing circumstances in fast-paced atmosphere.


  • 1-3 years applicable experience in a related banking role that is highly detailed and audit-oriented preferred, but not required.
