Senior Licensing Analyst

This position is responsible for providing quality customer service to field offices administrative staff, producers/representatives, and other partners. This position is essential for the measurements of sales and reporting of the quality of the field force.

This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.
*This position will train 100% in office then move to a hybrid work environment.

What you do:



  • Delivers excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.
  • Accumulates, reports, and analyzes sales data to identify field performance trends to conduct market studies; provides production projections, and coordinating marketing information needs with system modifications or changes.
  • Troubleshoots complex issues relating to customer service, technology, and processes. Serves as a point of escalation for the team on field related issues.
  • Collaborates with other departments to provide and assist with management information and reporting needs.
  • Provides individualized and group training sessions as needed for internal and external customers as related to field performance.
  • Monitors and modifies systems for industry and company awards.
  • Provides audit support for field operations.
  • Additional duties as required



What you bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years Related Experience required
  • Insurance Licensing Compensation Experience preferred
  • Ability to develop and interpret broker contracts.
  • Strong mathematical, technical and computer skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and operates with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management/prioritization skills
