Overview

We are seeking an analytical and tech-savvy HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is key in helping us leverage data and technology to drive strategic decision-making and improve HR operations. The HR Analyst will manage and analyze HR data, optimize HR technology systems, and collaborate across teams to enhance business processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and improving HR operations through innovative solutions.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What You'll Do

  • Analyze HR data for accuracy, trends, and insights that inform strategies, policies, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to review and refine HR practices for operational efficiency.
  • Manage and track HR-related support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and updates.
  • Conduct research on HR-related topics and present findings to HR leadership.
  • Partner with IT to ensure data quality, address system configuration issues, and manage system support tickets.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in HR data mining tools and reporting solutions.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data workflows and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and facilitate seamless integration between platforms.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position, exempt
  • Primarily based at our office in Covina, CA with office hours Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Hybrid work flexibility may be available

What You'll Bring

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills to engage cross-functional teams.
  • General understanding of HR functions, policies, and programs.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with data reporting tools and data management best practices.
  • Experience working with HR systems and improving data workflows and reporting.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to HR processes and systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with SAP or similar HRIS systems.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Exposure to technologies including HR systems, relational databases, reporting, and data analysis/data mining tools

Work Enviroment


  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, and using standard office equipment





  • Involves routine deadlines and periods of sustained mental focus, requiring attention to detail and accuracy
