Job Overview

The Specialist, Internal Communications will help inform, engage, inspire, and connect Relativians (Relativity employees) to our company's mission, vision, values, and each other through timely, purposeful, multi-channel internal communications. Partnering with communications colleagues and key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business, the Specialist is a trusted communications advisor who helps develop and implement strategic internal communications plans and messaging.The role will sit within Relativity's Marketing Department, specifically aligned to the Internal Communications team, and report to the Manager, Internal Communications.

Job Description and Requirements

Your Role in Action

  • Support the implementation of global internal communication strategies and plans.

  • Write or edit clear and engaging copy for our company and department newsletters, meetings, and other company communication channels, and manage the creation and distribution of these communication materials to the appropriate audiences.

  • Support internal communication for marketing events, product launches, HR and engineering initiatives, inclusion, diversity, and belonging programs, and more.

  • Track key performance indicators and other metrics and manage employee surveys about our internal communications, providing analyses and recommendations to the team to guide future planning.

  • Be a champion for the Relativity brand voice, tone, and style, and educate stakeholders on best writing and communications practices.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong rapport with department and company stakeholders.

Your Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications, copywriting, or related discipline

  • Ability to write clearly, concisely, and creatively

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Creative and collaborative mindset

  • Commitment to perpetual growth and development

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

  • Familiarity with platforms like Poppulo, Asana, Slack, Confluence, and the Microsoft 365 suite encouraged but not required

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$64,000 and $96,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
