We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our partner company's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining inventory records. Your efforts will support our client's mission to deliver high-quality fire protection products to customers worldwide. (Depending on skills) Schedules available: 1st shift and 2nd shift, Monday - Friday Daily tasks: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment while accurately placing components per work orders. Utilize hand tools and light machinery for basic assembly, with experience in small workshop tooling being a plus. Perform soldering and wiring for fire detection and suppression components, assembling fire safety equipment like smoke detectors and control panels. Ensure quality control by maintaining high standards and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members and engineers to support efficient production flow and meet goals. Qualifications: Possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions carefully. Familiar with light industrial work, small workshop tooling, soldering, and assembly processes. Has a basic understanding of wiring and assembling small components. We have tons of perks!
