Park Bank is seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our organization at our corporate headquarters, Park Bank Center! This role will be exposed and work with various departments, including Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations. Essential Functions & Duties

* Support HR by assembling and ordering materials and meals related to New Associate Orientation, Associate Anniversaries, and other various activities/events

* Assist with special mailings for Marketing by sorting, printing, collating, proofreading and mailing the documents

* Support Operations with one-time and ongoing special projects.

* Answer incoming client, customer and associate calls through the main telephone

* Sign for, sort and distribute incoming mail for USPS, UPS and other carriers when delivered to the front desk

* Manage the front desk petty cash and stamp funds

* Welcome and assist visitors with signing in and obtaining a visitor's pass; ensure visitor credentials are verified to maintain building security

* Other duties as assigned, including supporting special projects throughout the year

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

* Minimum 1-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with visitors and colleagues

* Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor for creating a positive visitor experience

* Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and front desk tasks efficiently
