This position is funded through collaborators that have committed to support the study. Continuation of this position therefore is contingent upon funding being available.
This position is hybrid, with a primary location in Alexandria, VA. We anticipate the hire to be onsite approximately at/or around 7-10 days per year.
Responsibilities
Support maintenance of multiple study websites e.g., update study websites with relevant study documentation and results, implementation of website changes as directed, management of study site users. Coordinate with team members to prepare presentation materials and reports for various (e.g., 8-10) research study sponsors on a regular basis (e.g., 2-3 times per month), review final draft, and provide to senior leadership. Support administrative tasks for senior leadership (e.g., Division Director, Directors, and Associate Directors of Clinical Research and Analytics) such as scheduling, taking minutes, invoicing, tracking and/or documentation. Ad hoc support for various clinical research studies and projects.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or related work experience 3 years of clinical research coordination experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
