What's the position?

We're looking for a skilled Senior Analyst with a strong blend of analytical expertise and communication skills to join our Data & CRM team in Detroit. This hybrid role combines strategy, analytics, and leadership to drive actionable insights that enhance our client relationships and data-driven decisions.

The Senior Analyst will work closely with a dedicated offshore Data Manager, overseeing the client relationship in the data and analytics space. You'll be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality reports and analysis, ensuring that data insights are presented with excellence and precision.

What we're looking for:

We need someone who thrives in both strategic thinking and data sensitivity. You'll blend a curious, insights-driven mindset with a sharp ability to analyze metrics and KPIs with rigor and accuracy. This role requires you to be adept at both discovering and interpreting data to drive CRM recommendations, personalization strategies, optimization initiatives, and testing (subject line, CTAs, etc...).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to turn data into a strategic asset for client deliverables by defining data activations, insights and optimization.
  • Supervise dashboards and reports
  • Lead the data conversation with the client
  • Ensure accurate email tagging
  • Design the CRM Measurement Model
  • Validate the dashboard design and the rigor of their data
  • Design insights analysis and enrich reports with strategic recommendations supported by data.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and creativity on new CRM opportunities
  • Provide accurate and valuable reports for the different brands
  • Lead offshore resource to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and value
  • Measure CRM performance considering the North Star Metric:
  • DataBase Growth
  • Engagement /Retention
  • Sales
  • Be able to lead conversations with different departments (tech, data, marketing, CRM) and stakeholders (Havas as media agency and leading the CDP Implementation).

* Prepare and present client-facing deliverables on a regular basis.

* Lead digital / CRM analytics assessment in order to define the data maturity level of the business and provide quick wins and strategic roadmapping.

What Will You Do?

  • Supervise CRM Campaign Analytics (integrated in the dashboard) (25%)

o Website analytics (GA4)

o CRM / Direct campaigns analytics (SFMC)

o Email tagging implementation

o CRM Funnel Analytics

o Define and understand CRM Metrics.

  • Deliver Integrated Measurement (25%)
    • Synthesize data across multiple sources to develop insights and recommendations and tell a story with data (Looker or Tableau).
    • PriceSpider, Revtrax, Jebbit.
    • Implement in the dashboard CRM Measurement Plan: metrics, KPIs and reports and dashboards.
  • Enrich analyses with Insights Discovery and Action Plans (50%)

o Detect opportunitines and business opportunities through data and reports.

o Analyze and benchmark performance across channels, own media properties, creative executions and where possible, competitive sets.

    • Interface with agency and client stakeholders to drive implementation and optimization recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

    • 5+ year of relevant analyst experience
    • Experience in SFMC and CRM Projects
    • Proficient with at least one dashboard tool (i.e., Looker, PowerBI)
    • Experience finding insights in web analytics (e.g. GA4) and providing reports with action plans and reocmmendation
    • Design and explain presentations suported with data (reports) to different stakeholders (different brands) with opportunities to grow and engage
    • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and data integrity with solid foundation in statistical techniques
    • Experience leading offshore or remote resources
    • Nice to have: experience in healthcare companies
    • Nice to have: Agency background preferred (Social Media, Digital Media, etc.)
