We're looking for a skilled Senior Analyst with a strong blend of analytical expertise and communication skills to join our Data & CRM team in Detroit. This hybrid role combines strategy, analytics, and leadership to drive actionable insights that enhance our client relationships and data-driven decisions. The Senior Analyst will work closely with a dedicated offshore Data Manager, overseeing the client relationship in the data and analytics space. You'll be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality reports and analysis, ensuring that data insights are presented with excellence and precision. What we're looking for: We need someone who thrives in both strategic thinking and data sensitivity. You'll blend a curious, insights-driven mindset with a sharp ability to analyze metrics and KPIs with rigor and accuracy. This role requires you to be adept at both discovering and interpreting data to drive CRM recommendations, personalization strategies, optimization initiatives, and testing (subject line, CTAs, etc...). If you believe that data isn't just about finding answers but about asking the right questions, and if you can uncover digital patterns and insights that others might overlook, then we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present client-facing deliverables on a regular basis. * Lead digital / CRM analytics assessment in order to define the data maturity level of the business and provide quick wins and strategic roadmapping. What Will You Do?
o Website analytics (GA4) o CRM / Direct campaigns analytics (SFMC) o Email tagging implementation o CRM Funnel Analytics o Define and understand CRM Metrics.
o Detect opportunitines and business opportunities through data and reports. o Analyze and benchmark performance across channels, own media properties, creative executions and where possible, competitive sets.
