Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent who make a difference every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates by building strong relationships with community organizations and schools.
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews to identify the best candidates.
- Preparing and posting job advertisements online and within the community.
- Facilitating orientation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Promoting our culture and reputation as an employer of choice in the local market.
- Organizing and participating in job fairs and presentations.
- Maintaining compliance of personnel records and ensuring readiness for audits.
- Collaborating with branch leadership and internal teams to meet staffing needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Team

- Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
