Help us support and streamline our learning initiatives and ensure an exceptional experience for our team.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of our learning platforms to ensure a seamless experience for users.
• Upload, organize, and maintain e-learning content created in Articulate 360, Canva using SCORM course creation tools.
• Provide support to learners, troubleshooting technical issues, and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with content creators and trainers to ensure smooth course launches and updates.
• Track learning metrics and assist with reporting to drive ongoing improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Enthusiasm for enhancing learning experiences and supporting training initiatives.
