Summary:

A meaningful educational experience for a college student to gain valuable experience in their field of study; while accomplishing tasks and completing projects in an enriching environment. The Intern will gain networking opportunities that include interactions with CHRISTUS leaders and Associates. The Intern will be provided with a variety of projects to support learning objectives in areas such as assisting the marketing team by conducting market research, creating marketing materials, supporting campaign execution, analyzing data, and contributing to overall marketing strategies. Th intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while developing their skills under the guidance of the marketing team.

Responsibilities:


  • Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
  • Work collaboratively on the marketing teams to conduct research that improves our brand and strategy.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of brand marketing and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in working on high-impact projects and the healthcare marketing sector.
  • Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports.
  • Handle inbound requests from stakeholders.
  • Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Collect performance metrics to measure progress.

Requirements:

Experience:


  • At least 2 years of college preparation towards major.

Education:


  • Currently enrolled in a College degree program in one of the following degree program; Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
  • PC and Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with others.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail, high degree of confidentiality and solid organizational skills.
  • Needs to be resourceful, innovative and persuasive with ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
