Rotating between day/evening/night shift. Must be flexible to cover shifts as needed. This department runs 24/7.

What you'll do:




  • Manage the front-line staff in the ED, Labor and Delivery, Outpatient Clinics, Surgery Registration and Bed Control.
  • Work collaboratively with the manager of Patient Access in operations of the department.
  • Be the subject matter expert in the area of operation that you manage.
  • Be a hands-on leader, when there are surges, and the volume is high, you are expected to put their team and the patients first and be present on the floor.
  • Help to create and cultivate a highly reliable team,
  • Serve as a role model, team mentor and resource liaison, displaying exemplary teamwork and leadership skills.Supervise, train, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Monitor activity for quality and productivity.
  • Analyze, develop and produce feedback and management reports.
  • Conduct quality audits and reviews of team members, as well as implement departmental registration and admission protocols.
  • Prepare the department work and vacation schedule for all staff to ensure there is adequate staffing on each shift.



What you'll bring:




  • AA degree and 3+ years of registration experience in a lead capacity n a hospital Admission office or equivalent
  • OR a highschool diploma/GED and 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in a hospital Admission office or equivalent.


About us:

Salary Range: Minimum 26.65 per hour - Maximum 46.65 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
