Function: Environmental, Health & Safety Job Summary:CF Industries has many exciting and challenging opportunities at its world class production facility in Yazoo City Mississippi. The Training Coordinator reports to the Manager of Environmental, Health and Safety and is responsible for the site's Learning Management System (LMS). Duties include facilitating EHS Annual Regulatory training, site specific content, onboarding of new hires, and supporting Corporate Training initiatives including generating reports, trouble-shooting the LMS, and participating in audits where training records are requested. The Training Coordinator may also aid in identifying individual training requirements of employees in collaboration with Supervisors and Managers. This may include locating vendors or online training resources. Additionally, this role helps ensure scheduled training is being completed as required. Job Description:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUCCESSFUL INCUMBENTS WILL HAVE: *Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment *A.S. degree preferred *Background and/or experience in learning development and Learning Management Systems *Proficiency with computer software programs and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite Power Point, Word and Excel or similar programs *A valid driver's license is required POSITION SCOPE/CONTRIBUTION: The successful incumbent will prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities for employees in a manufacturing facility. This role is vital in supporting learning and development of current and future employees.
