Description
Position Summary: The HR Coordinator will facilitate effective staffing and maintain compliance for their office. The HR Coordinator will convey the company culture to new hires, ensure field staff compliance, and be the main point of contact with their candidates. The HR Coordinator will work in conjunction with branch leadership and their field support team to ensure appropriate staffing levels. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, administering new hire paperwork, and supporting ongoing compliance requirements.
