What You'll Do - Lead, Train & Optimize Change Shape the Future of Change - Develop structured change management plans, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption for system implementations. Create Engaging Training & Documentation - Design interactive user guides, step-by-step workflows, and hands-on training sessions that make learning easy and effective. Be the Go-To Expert for System Rollouts - Work alongside IT and business teams to test new systems, identify gaps, and refine processes before launch. Drive Adoption & Engagement - Implement communication strategies, adoption tools, and user support resources that keep employees engaged and informed. Ensure Process Efficiency & Compliance - Monitor adherence to new processes, provide feedback, and suggest improvements for smoother workflows. Collaborate & Influence - Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership to ensure that changes align with business needs and employee success. Solve Problems Before They Happen - Use data-driven insights, audits, and process assessments to anticipate roadblocks and implement proactive solutions. What You Bring to the Table Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in change management, process improvement, training, or business operations. Experience: 3+ years in process documentation, training development, or system implementation support. Background in data management, process optimization, and quality audits. Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter) preferred. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, user-friendly training materials. Experience with CRM or enterprise software systems preferred. Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving - Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
