The mission of the Endoscopy Commercial Strategy & Excellence team is to provide superior operational support and collaboration to the broader commercial Endoscopy organization. The team serves as the main points of contact for the Field Sales Organization and other commercial functions to execute operational tasks to advance the endoscopy business.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Engage with key internal stakeholders across the commercial organization
  • Support sales initiatives that are aligned with strategic divisional priorities
  • Develop and utilize sales enablement tools using platforms like Tableau and Salesforce
  • Partner with sales teams to provide actionable insights and drive sales growth
  • Discover the key roles and processes that enable the commercial organization to operate
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and boost productivity

Required Qualifications:



  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree majoring in Business, Finance and Computer Science with a graduation date of Fall 2025-Spring 2026. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
  • Must be able to commit to program dates May 19- August 8th
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Exceland PowerPoint
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Interest in obtaining a job with a Medical Device company within the Sales Operations team upon graduation
  • Knowledge of Business intelligence tools such as SalesForce, Tableau
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $47,840 to $62,400, plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
