JOB SUMMARY

This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient production of ready mix concrete to be delivered to customer's job sites. Performs duties in conjunction with dispatcher's loading instructions with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

To be a successful plant operator you will:



  1. High school diploma or General Education Degree required.
  2. Two years batching - related experience.
  3. Knowledge of mix designing.
  4. Knowledge of Quality Assurance requirements.
  5. Familiarity with aggregate gradations.
  6. Experience with inventory management.
  7. Driver's license preferred.
  8. Ability and willingness to pass ACI Level I Certification within six months.


Typical hours during Production are M-F 6am-5pm. Typical hours during Maintenance are M-Th 6am-4pm, Fri 6am-11am.
