Overview

As a Senior Lead Supply Chain Logistician with MTSI, you will provide support to the Air Force's Rapid Sustainment Office. This position will be in Beavercreek, Ohio.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

MTSI is seeking a Senior Lead Supply Chain Logistician to support the Air Force Rapid Sustainment Office's (RSO) Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) program. The RSO deploys new technologies across the sustainment enterprise to improve readiness and reduce sustainment costs. The sustainment enterprise to enhance both field and depot level maintenance as well as enterprise supply chain activities. Inherent in the accomplishment of the RSO mission is rapid delivery of critical sustainment technologies. CBM+ is responsible for implementation of Sensor Based Algorithms (SBA's) and Enhanced Reliability Center Maintenance (eRCM) across the Department of the Air Force while collaborating across industry, academia, and government. CBM+ uses a combination of historical maintenance data and aircraft 1553 message traffic to predict aircraft failures before they occur. The benefits of CBM+ will give USAF Leadership the insight to proactively plan for maintenance rather than react to maintenance when failures occur. To truly optimize this process, CBM+ requires integrated Supply data within CBM+ tools, ensuring parts are supportable when maintenance is planned.

The Lead Supply Chain Logistician is an expert in using USAF Supply Tools; ensures CBM+ technologies are compatible and usable when integrated with AF CBM+; authors technical orders and operating instructions for using integrated Supply data; and is responsible for evaluating emerging technologies to further enhance the CBM+ capability across the AF Enterprise (including COTS and GOTS).
