We are searching for an Aerospace Quality Technician in Beverly, MA to be a part of our exciting future and growing success. Pay rate: $35 - $45/hr. Aerospace Quality Technician responsibilities: Perform product inspections to assess conformance with engineering drawings and models. Assist Quality Engineers in preparing inspection plans and identifying non-conforming product conditions. Create and execute CMM or vision system programs for inspections as required. Generate discrepancy reports and initiate actions for non-conforming materials. Resolve issues and provide support to operators, inspectors, and engineers. Collaborate with Quality Engineers to validate and verify inspection programs. Conduct first article inspections per AS9102 and customer requirements and identify efficiency improvements with the aerospace team. Qualifications: Hands-on experience with high precision dimensional inspection and first article inspections. Strong knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102 standards, and ability to read complex engineering drawings and GD&T. Proficiency with CMM inspection, programming, and manual inspection equipment. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and data entry skills. Effective team collaboration and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
