What You'll Need (Qualifications): High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred. Strong sales skills in a consultative environment Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a store setting Skilled at current best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards Demonstrated team player able to both lead and follow Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of store hours Fluency with current retail software / computer systems Must be able to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lifting items with or without assistance.
