Let Us Power Your Potential

Taylor Corporation is a dynamic, diversified company with big plans for the future - and your career. We power our employees' potential and strive to create opportunity and security for every member of the team. If you're ready for something bigger - more challenge, more variety, more pathways for professional growth - we should talk. We're passionate about our work, we believe there is always a better way, and we're looking for people like you.

Ready to reach your potential? It's time to look at Taylor.

Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an innovative Marketing Specialist.

Are you a strategic thinker with a creative edge? Do you love crafting compelling LinkedIn posts, diving into marketing analytics, and designing PowerPoint presentations that captivate rather than bore? Does the idea of optimizing email open rates and elevating print marketing in a digital world excite you? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a How You will Make a Difference):

  • Supporting Print & Digital Marketing Efforts: Help design, create, and deliver marketing campaigns that promote our products and services in both digital and print formats.
  • Collecting & Analyzing Data: Because marketing isn't just about creativity-it's about knowing what works. You'll gather insights on trends, competition, pricing and our marketing efforts to help shape our strategy.
  • Social Media & Digital Outreach: Assist in managing and growing our social media presence (especially LinkedIn), creating email campaigns, newsletters, and digital ads that actually get results.
  • PowerPoint Presentations That Wow: Develop engaging sales presentations that showcase our capabilities, helping our team stand out in meetings (and making sure no one falls asleep during a pitch).
  • Finding New Markets & Channels: Research and identify new ways to reach potential customers, ensuring our messaging is hitting the right audience at the right time.
  • Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals. You'll have guidance and support, but also plenty of opportunities to contribute your own ideas.
  • List Management & Client Research: Maintain and update marketing contact lists, research potential clients, and gather insights to help tailor campaigns to the right audience.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand goals.

What We're Looking For (a.k.a. What Makes You A Great Fit):

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience: You know how to speak to businesses, not just consumers.
  • A solid grasp of marketing fundamentals: No need to be a guru, but you should know your way around campaigns, content, and customer engagement.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital advertising: The key channels where B2B marketing thrives.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills: If you can make a sales deck strategic and easy to follow, we're already impressed.
  • Attention to detail: Because typos on printed materials last forever.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude: Someone who's eager to learn, jump in, and help wherever needed.

Most importantly, we're looking for a strategic thinker with fresh ideas who can bring them to life through thoughtful execution.
