Coordinator Latin America - Performance Psychology

As part of Performance Psychology, the Latin America Coordinator provides mental health and performance services to MBBC players and staff. This position is primarily responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that support and enhance the mental health and performance of Latin players across the MBBC ecosystem. The individual in this position must possess exceptional communication and listening skills along with expertise in applying relevant psychological practices.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Provide mental health and performance services, focusing on our Latin players and staff.
• Contribute to developing and supporting initiatives aimed at improving the holistic development of Latin players.
• Implement educational curriculum at the Dominican Republic academy and Arizona complex.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in psychology and 3 years of related experience or combination of education and experience. Candidates who are certified mental performance coaches or certified eligible are preferred.
