Utilities MRO/SAP Expansion

• PM transition to SAP, time verification and pm closeouts, notification completion, PM distribution.
• Critical spares, Equipment survey, equipment manuals and data acquisition

Environmental

• SPCC - ensure compliance is satisfied and inspection documentation is accurate and complete (audits)
• Emissions and equipment testing documentation filing and uploading.
• Pressure vessel inspection documentation filing and uploading.
• File and maintain Hazardous waste manifest.
• Coordinate hazardous waste pickups.
• Provide assistance during audits and submittals.

PSM/RMP

• M.I. Audits - Update and maintain corrective action log, upload verification documentation and photos, provide assistance during audits.
• Daily rounds checklist - print checklist, receive/file checklist and create notifications for corrective actions.
• MOC's - log updates, MOC tracking and initiation, file, and upload documentation.
• ERP - Fit testing and training coordination and documentation, print and distribute ERP books, information updates.
• Incident investigations - Completed investigation tracking and filing.
• Coordinate meter calibrations.
• Provide assistance during audits and submittals.

Wastewater

• Daily logs - Print, upload, and file documentation
• External Load tracking - input data in excel spreadsheets and track truck tickets.
• Coordinate meter calibrations.
• Provide assistance during audits and submittals.

General paperwork retrieval, handling, and filing

• Service reports for various areas - Fire suppression and extinguishers, emergency lights and evacuation systems, compressed air service maintenance, hot work permits, PAA/Ozone chemical logs, etc.

• High school diploma, bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1-year progressive maintenance/industrial refrigeration experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Experience working with OSHA and/or EPA.
• Must be able to organize multiple protocols/projects and complete on schedule.
• Must be to communicate to all levels of the organization; possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Speak, read, & write English fluently.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
