We are seeking a motivated and creative Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at CTI. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing, with a focus on supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to our overall brand strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Generate leads and connect customer relationships with growth or program teams. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance. Collaborate with team members on content creation and distribution. Support social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing efforts. Assist in organizing and attending marketing events and trade shows. Work with senior leadership for marketing, communications, planning, meetings, and business support. This position is hybrid to one of the following CTI locations: California, MD, Columbus OH, Denver CO or Camarillo, CA. Requirements Necessary Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Beneficial Skills and Experience Experience with social media platforms and content management systems. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
