Title: Office Services Coordinator

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Charlotte, NC 28203

Hours: M-F 8-5 pm

Pre-screening questions:

  1. Can you describe your experience in a front-facing professional role, such as a receptionist or administrative assistant? How did you handle phone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating office tasks?
  2. This role requires troubleshooting missed deliveries and coordinating office supplies, meetings, and clerical tasks. Can you provide an example of how you've demonstrated problem-solving skills in a similar work environment?


Resource's typical working day:

  • This person helps to keep the office running.
  • They will be answering the phone and greeting individuals coming into the building.
  • Keep all supplies stocked and available, refill machines, (coffee, print, etc.)
  • Keep the office well maintained.
  • This position works with the to fill in where needed whether with print jobs or other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Provide back-up support to the Concierge in performing general clerical duties such as distributing and tracking packages, posting mail and arranging messenger services as needed.
  • Troubleshoots for missed deliveries.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings held within the office to include conference room reservation, equipment needed for meetings and catering.
  • Orders office supplies and other common-use items for the office/location.


Years of Experience needed:

  • 1+ Year of experience in a front-facing professional role such as receptionist or administrative assistant


Level of Education:

  • H.S Diploma


Systems/Software proficiencies:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
