EnSafe is accepting applications for an Administrative and Reports Specialist based out of our Charleston, SC office.

What We Are Looking For:

As an Administrative and Reports Specialist, you will work on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Process reports - formatting, confirming appropriate styles, and compiling reports (electronically in PDF format and/or printed hard copies in binders)
  • Grammar/Syntax review of documents, reports, letters, proposals, etc.
  • Conducting data entry
  • Organizing, and maintaining confidential client files
  • Assisting staff with internal overhead processes (travel scheduling, scanning reports/documents, photocopying, expense reports, etc.)
  • General office duties (phone, mail, FedEx shipping, filing, production of training materials, stocking break room items and supplies, etc.)
  • Other general duties that arise

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint).
  • Must be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual; able to work effectively with several people at one time, handle multiple tasks and assignments; ability to work with strict deadlines/under pressure, have a pleasant, can-do attitude, and use critical thinking.
  • A college degree is a plus but not required.
