Requirements



  • A bachelor's degree in business management, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or product management
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership/management role at a manufacturing facility



Daytime Hours | Salary: $120,000 - $160,000

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for daily operations in the facility and overseeing team development and operational improvements.

Essential Job Functions



  • Establish production goals through Lean methodologies.
  • Monitor production yields through SPC.
  • Develop workflows and allocate resources based on needs.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance manager and other areas of the production floor.
  • Monitor production expenses and find ways to reduce costs.
  • Maintain security and compliance with protocols.
  • Motivate, coach, and set expectations for the production team.
  • Analyze production and SPC data.
  • Manage direct reports and communicate overall performance.
  • Assist with the recruitment and development of manufacturing supervisors, leads, coaches, and mentors for the manufacturing team.
