Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Grapevine, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The Product Engineer will provide technical support to production to overcome daily challenges.
  • The engineer will also use procedures and instructions to initiate the analysis process when product failure occurs.
  • Investigations and research for root cause with analysis documented, recorded, communicated internally, and provided solutions.
  • The engineer contacts the Client Company for any quality escalations.
  • Responsible for first-level failure analysis on Customer Products.
  • Have appropriate knowledge of the various systems, including but not limited to Windows, Android, CMD, and Linux tools and procedures used in Production for Repair and failure analysis.
  • Help the team set up the repair line, including tools and ESD grounding.
  • Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
  • Requires communication with local and overseas teams via emails and conference calls.
  • Prepare parts and components for the Factory team's second-level failure analysis.
  • Work inside the customer lab.
  • Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture.
  • Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
  • Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships.
  • Communicates and works well with all business partners.
  • Ensures inventory management and merchandise allocation flow products through the warehouse are cost-efficient and productive.
  • Shows determination to achieve excellent results.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Product Design or Mechanical or Electronic or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an FA engineer for computing devices.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Office suite (Excel, Word).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, and Configuration files such as "ini".
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and applying experience and expertise.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Effectively communicate concepts and solutions with various levels of the organization.
  • Effectively liaison between Company and Client.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
  • Good analytical and statistical skills.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Needs flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business support.
  • Able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment.
  • The office and outside environmental conditions in the warehouse are hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
  • Individuals need to walk extensively while working and walking the facilities to reach over-shoulder heights, bend or stoop below the waist, and repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.
  • Needs the physical ability to lift 25 pounds.
